Read This Before Creating an Account
Registration is only allowed for current customers that have purchased products or services from ERACC and who pay for on-going support from ERACC. These customers get a private area to interact with ERACC about their service and support. If you have not yet purchased anything and/or do not get on-going support for a fee from ERACC, no account will be activated for you.
We require a valid, "permanent" e-mail address with your subscription to our site. We never send out unsolicited commercial e-mail nor do we share e-mail addresses with anyone. We do require a way to contact customers privately and fake or throwaway e-mail addresses defeat this requirement. In the event we attempt to contact a user and the contact message bounces or does not receive a response the user's account will be disabled or deleted. Thank you for your cooperation.
NOTICE: Due to problems with "anonymous" registrations that are attempting to crack our site all registrations now require Administrator attention. ALL e-mail domains other than *@eracc.com and some of our client's domains have been blocked from registering on this site due to the number of fake registrations using multiple domains. If you are a new client and need an account here, please use the following options for registration.
Options:
-
Contact us to ask for an exception rule to allow your specific e-mail address or business domain. You need to give us the exact e-mail address or domain, the part after the @ symbol, for us to create the exception rule for it.
-
Or tell us your current e-mail address and ask for an @eracc.com e-mail account to access the site. The account will only be valid for your registration and mail sent to the account will be redirected to your current e-mail address. The e-mail account from ERACC for site access is not to be used for sending e-mail and should never be used to sign up for any other service. Exceptions may be granted to use the e-mail address from ERACC for other purposes on a per user basis.
As of August 2009 there is a problem with sending e-mail from @eracc.com to some @bellsouth.net and @att.net users. This is due to a switch to Yahoo e-mail for those accounts. Apparently Yahoo thinks e-mail from our domain is SPAM. Please use a different e-mail account when placing an order or signing up as a user if you have a bellsouth.net or att.net e-mail account. We recommend www.mail.com for this. If you would rather not use a different e-mail account then please check your SPAM folder using the webmail interface for your e-mail account. Check any messages from @eracc.com and mark them as "not spam".
